Seeking Light explores the relationship between light, movement and solitude. Set against a raw, open landscape, the editorial moves between softness and strength, using natural light, fluid silhouettes and intimate portraiture to create a quiet sense of tension and introspection.
Photographed entirely on location, the story was shaped by the changing natural light and the starkness of the surrounding landscape. Direct sunlight, deep shadows and moments of diffusion create shifts between clarity and abstraction, while a restrained palette and a mix of colour and black-and-white imagery reinforce the contemplative mood of the editorial.
